Hello, a little late in the day for me...... a new poetry bird with linen dyed using blackberries.... and a new snowglobe (both now sold, thank you). The blackberry-dyed linen had a mottled effect that reminds me of November skies....Today I've been snapping photos of the sky.....November skies always changing..... the sun fleeting and then hidden in cloud.... The moon low and brooding.... And of course we have fireworks here in the UK, as it is bonfire night, but this evening was quiet-ish around here. Most people are keeping their fireworks for the weekend perhaps.....

tomorrow I shall be putting names in a hat and pulling out three winners for my painting giveaway...good night x

tell us a little more about bonfire night? i'm not familiar with this....
lovely images of the sky...xx
Yes, your blackberry dyed fabric certainly is reminiscent of the November skies that you have captured. I like the first picture with the bird's nest and the leaves hanging on for dear life
Your latest stitched pieces are wonderful
Very quiet bonfire night around here too xx
The fabric is beautiful! I have dyed some with beetroot too and it's interesting - but more may/june than November! We normally have a bonfire here in France (it tickles my daughter pink as her birthday is Nov 5th) but there is too much rain this year. We will probably shift it to Feb! Please do more poetry birds in blackberry fabric...
Lovely november photos! We have it here too, grey, grey, grey.......
Have a nice wekeend! / ´Gunnel
Your work makes me swoon.
